BACKGROUND

I grew up on a multi-generational grain and cattle farm in Southern Alberta, where I discovered my deep love of nature. I'd spend most of my days on horseback, helping bring the crops in, caring for our livestock or playing endlessly outside with my two sisters. I found my greatest inspiration in the effortless complexity of nature, from the continuous patterns, brilliant colours and constant changes.

My twenties consisted of exploring, working, studying and designing. I started out travelling around the South Pacific then nestled into the mountains in south-western Alberta. My next chapter lead me to explore the pacific coast living in Squamish, Ucluelet, and Victoria. I then landed in Thunder Bay, before returning home to where the prairie meets the rocks.

In 2022 my husband and I took on our lives' most meaningful roles: becoming parents. With this monumental life shift, I have adjusted my business to fit my new family lifestyle while continuing to produce high-quality work. I now work with a limited number of new clients each year while continuing to work with my loyal client base.

Here we are in 2024 with nine years of successful operation under my belt. I take every facet of my client's creative work seriously with a systematic and strategic approach. I strive to provide a comprehensive and collaborative experience from the initial creative brief to the final design release.
